It’s not my thing. I ordered the gummy’s instead. The gummy’s are great.

I really do not like the taste, and l do watch what ingredients are in everything I put in my body. This sea moss does not start with Sea moss first. It is the 3rd ingredient. Some of the other Sea moss products the 1st ingredient is Sea moss, it makes me think, I am not getting what i paid for considering it cost as much as the others.
