Good taste burries the flavor of the seamoss well. Although it is pretty thick so ive been taking it with OJ but ive seen benefits from it & will be keeping my subscription.

There is a slight ginger aftertaste, which I personally love, but if you’re not a fan of probably choose a different flavor. However, I am very happy with it and I love that I can feel the energy and see the results.
